Yesterday , People from Kerala are afraid about the balls of the fire shown across the sky. After 10 PM many parts of the Kerala the fire ball were shown. First it was shown in Ernakulam District and the people from other parts are also reported this Phenomenon.
Some Ministers of Kerala said that, there was nothing to be serious. Kerala Government already take some steps to measure this kind of Phenomenon. And there is no record about the earthquake.
Six Earthquake units in different parts of the state are active and not recorded any symptoms.
This kind of phenomenon happened in before
As per Dr Rajagopal Kammath, a scientist, suggested that there could be three explanations for the fire balls:
1.China's Norad 4063 is believed to have re-entered into earth's atmosphere and since February 23, the disintegrating pieces of the satellite has been lighting up the night sky in many parts of the world. This is the most possible reason. A satellite had fallen in Siberia recently and remnants of that satellite could have caused the streaks.
2.The fire ball could be a phenomenon called ball lightening.
3.There is a possibility that the streaks could have been part of a meteor storm, Gamma Normids. Scientists had predicted the event from February 23 to 27.
The People from Kolenchery and Paravur have reported some kind of object falling from the sky
The same was reported from Kottayam.
