Healthy Juices- for a healthy body

Juices act as a catalyst in our body that protects us from many chemical reactions takes place. It also acts as a good absorbent and digestive. Drinking a glass of juice daily is an awesome way to include fruits and veggies to our daily life even when you are not a fan of it. 

So include any one of vegetable or fruit juice (sitting inside our fridge, without caring!!!) in our diet. These healthy juices help our body for the proper bowel movements, burning fat, blood purification, constipation, gastric problems, diarrhea etc. One hidden secret behind also this is; no more need of an appointment in saloon for a bleach and shiny young skin.
          

Always choose organic vegetables and fruits to prevent from pesticides and to get more toxins. When you are started making it and going through the juice experiments day by day; get an extreme pleasure for mind also.

Apple juice:

Green apple-2
Coconut oil-1tsp
milk- 1cup
Cinnamon powder-1/2
 tspHoney-2tbsp (if needed)

Sweet Mixed fruit and vegetable juice:

Pineapple chopped-1cup
Carrots chopped-1cup
Apple-1
Celery-1stalk
Salt- a pinch
Water-1cup

Banana juice:

Banana-2
Date-5nos
Milk-1cup
Honey-1tbsp
Ice cubes-to taste (if needed)

Green Punch:

 Cucumber peeled-1
Mint leaves-1/4cup
Lemon juice -1tsp
Club soda-1
Salt-to taste
Or honey-to taste


 Elaneer / Tender coconut Juice:
 
Tender Coconut water
Coconut pulp
Salt a pinch
