Age Limit: Candidates age must be above 18 years and below 28 years (candidates should not have been born earlier than 03-June-1986 and later than 31-May-1996 for Officer Scale I, above 21 years & below 32 years i.e. candidates should not have been born earlier than 03-06-1982 and later than 31-05-1993 for Officer Scale II, above 21 years & below 40 years i.e. candidates should not have been born earlier than 03-06-1974 and later than 31-05-1993 Officer Scale III, between 18 years and 28 years i.e. candidates should have not been born earlier than 02-06-1986 and later than 01-06-1996 as on 01-06-2014 for Office Assistant . Age relaxation is applicable as per rules).
Educational Qualification:
- Degree required from Recognized University
- Equivalent along with IBPS Score Card is equivalent with the Degree
- Fluent in Local Language
- Computer Skills is must.

Application Fee:
- Candidates have to pay Rs. 100/- for all others, Rs. 20/- for SC/ ST/ PWD/ EXSM.
- Cadidates can use the following ways.
- Candidates have to pay the fee through CBS Challan in any of the branches of Himachal Pradesh Gramin Bank or Punjab National Bank in CBS Account Nos 87112100056423 for HPGBRECTPR (OA)- 2015 and 87112100056414 for HPGBRECTPR (O) – 2015.
- Candidates can also pay the fee through CBS Challan in prescribed form in the nearest Punjab National Bank Branch in CBS Account Nos 0311002100045364 for HPGBRECTPR O-2015 and 0311002100045373 for HPGBRECTPR OA- 2015.

5. Candidates should download the Challan from website and make payment as mentioned above.
6. Revisit the bank’s website and click on “Apply Online” .
7. Fill all the details and Click on Submit button.
8. Take the Print out of system generated Application form and keep it for future reference.
