Chennai Metro rail fully controlled by (CMRL) Chennai Metro Limited. The Chennai Metro traval in between Koyambedu and Alandur metro station.There are 7 metro station available in Chennai.

First the government told that the journey in metro is free, later they informed that it was discussed as it will increase the use of the new Metro rail. The cost of the metro is 10 to 40 Rs.
