- Scan the photo and photo size should be 150 width ,200 height and less than 20 kb.
- Log on the official website www.knmc.org
- Left side you can see Application for renewal (01/01/1990 - 31/12/2012)
- Click on the above link
- Click the application
- Read all the instruction
- fill the application form very carefully
- Submit the application form
- Make the payment
- Take a printout for the filled application form.
