Steps for Kerala Water Bill Payment through Online.
- Visit the official website www.epay.kwa.kerala.gov.in.
- Create new account by providing the necessary information.
- For creating an account you want to provide below details.
- Consumer number (Available in the bill (XXX/XXX/D))
- Email Id
- Consumer ID (Available in the bill)
- Password
- Payment option.
- Press the Create you account option.
- Login the site again using the username and password. (User name always your consumer id)
- You can see the bill detail check carefully and proceed to bill payment.
- You can see the Bill desk Site, you can select the payment option and you can select your bank also.
- Make the payment and bill will be generated, you can save the bill copy for future reference.
- You can logout the Website.
Important Notes.
- An additional charge of Rs 10 per transaction for net banking will be charged
- 2% of the transaction value for credit cards.
- If the transaction failed then the amount will be back to your account within the limit of the designated bank.
