www.kvic.org.in is the official website for applying Khadi and village industries commission. They are two website available for the application. you can also get the application form from www.msseweb.org.in and www.kvic.org.in. Now Government has decided to link the khadi village industries with the Prime Minister's Employment Generation Programme.
- Any person above 18 years can apply
- Those who have no income ceiling for assistance for setting up projects under Prime Minster's Employment Generation Programme.
- The scheme is available for only new projects sanctioned specifically under the Prime Minister's Employment Generation Programme.
- All the institutions registered under societies registration act,1860
- Production Co-Operative Societies and charitable Trusts
- Existing Units (under PMRY, REGP or any other scheme of Government of India or State Government) and the units that have already availed Government Subsidy under any other scheme of Government of India or State Government are not eligible.
How to Apply
- The applicant can submit the project proposal through online or submitting application form to respective offices
- If you are submitting the application form, you want to submit the detail of the project report and other report.

Online Application Guideline
- The applicant should be the fresher if you applied before it will be rejected by the agency.
- If you have any doubt, please take a print out and read carefully and writing the application carefully.
- When you are filling the application form the (*) portion is necessary and the date format should be dd-mm-yy.
- You can submit the online application form any where once you submit the application form you cannot edit or change.
- After final submission you will get a unique application id.
- Take Print out of the application form and fix the recent passport size photo affixed along with the necessary document and send to concerned sponsoring office within 15 days or last date of the advertisement
- If you are unable to submit the application form in time then your application will be rejected automatically.
