How to Open Pension Account
- Individual Pension account can open only under NPS (Only Tier I and Tier II)
- Making initial and subsequent contribution to your Tier I as well as Tier II account.
Document required to Open Pension scheme Account online
- Applicant should have a valid mobile number, an active bank account with net banking facility enabled and a valid email Id
- Applicant should have a pan card or an aadhar card which has registered with a valid mobile number.
- If you select to open the individual pension account with PAN card, then the activation of the pension account is subjected to KYC verification by the impaneled banks selected by the applicant. the impaneled banks are Allahabad bank, Andhra bank, Bank of India, Bank of Maharashtra, corporation bank, Dena Bank IDBI Bank Limited, Indian bank , Oriental Bank of Commerce, State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur, State Bank of India , State Bank of Patiala, State Bank of Travancore Syndicate Bank ,Tamilnad Mercantile Bank Ltd , The Karur Vysya Bank, The Lakshmi Vilas Bank Limited, The South Indian Bank Limited and united Bank of India
- Applicant want to read the instruction very carefully
- Applicant want to scan their picture and signature. if the verification through Aadhar it is optional.
- Applicant want to make a payment with minimum amount Rs 500
- Applicant want to print the application form and fix the picture ,signature and submit the same to CRA.
