- Visit the Kerala Government official website (www.keralaregistration.gov.in) and select the online application.
- Please provide the username and password and login. select your register office and select the date that you wish to register the property and take the token for registration.
- You can prepare basis (ആധാരം) you can using the old method or using the online basis preparation method.
- Enter the basis (ആധാരം) detail in the official website.
- If the stamp duty is more than 100,00, computer ask for mode of payment for stamp duty.
- Please enter all the necessary detail and submit for self verification. After system will show the fees detail.
- Now you are ready for the purchase of e stamp.
- Submit the button the message "Submit the application for e-Stamp".
- You can pay the amount by using the net banking or you can directly pay the amount in treasury.
- After the payment , using the receipt number or transaction id you can print document. The document detail can be written on the e-stamp from the marked portion.
- you want to present the register office along with the original document and printed document in time.
- Sub register officer will check the basis and e stamp fees and he will complete the registration.
- He will return the document after writing the registration fees on backside of the document.
