(UPSC) Union Public Service Commission has invited applications for the Combined Geo-Scientist and Geologist Exam for the year 2015. Those who are eligible and interested person can apply by 20 March 2015.

Application fee:
- Applicant want to pay an amount of Rs 200 by online by using Master card, Visa card or Debit card.
- Applicant can Deposit an Amount of Rs 200 by cash in any SBI.
Who can Apply
- Applicant Should be Indian Citizen
- Those who came from Nepal, Bhutan and Tibetan Refugee before 1st January 1962 also can apply.
Age Limit
- Those who want to apply Geophysicist and Chemist (Group 'A'), Geologist in the Geological Survey of India, an attached office of Ministry of Mines, Government of India: Applicant applying for this post should age between 21 years and 32 years.
- Those who want to apply Junior Hydrogeologists (Scientist B), Group A in the Central Ground Water Board, Ministry of Water Resources: applicant applying for this post should age between 21 years and 35 years.
Eligibility
- Those who want to apply for Geophysicist (Group 'A'), The Applicant should have obtained a MSc degree in Physics or Applied Physics or a MSc degree in Geophysics or MSc in Applied Geophysics/Marine Geophysics or Integrated MSc in Exploration Geophysics or MSc (Tech) in Applied Geophysics.
- Those who want to apply for Chemists (Group 'A'), The applicant should have obtained a MSc in Chemistry or Analytic Chemistry or Applied Chemistry.
- Those who want to apply for Junior Hydro-geologists, The applicant should have obtained a Master's degree in Geology/Applied Geology/Marine Geology. Besides, the candidates should have a Master's degree in Hydrology.
