State Coordinator, Health Manager, District Data Manager, Health Manager,
District Program Manager, District Accounts Manager, Block ASHA Facilitator,
Block Program Manager and other vacancies on contract basis. Eligible candidate will be selected based on the work experience interview, meritorious and entrance test. Eligible
candidates can apply in prescribed application format on or before 10-06-2015 by
05:00 PM for post 1 to 17, between 01-06-2015 to 16-06-2015 by 05:00 P.M for

Age Limit:
- For post 1 to 4 candidates age should be below 45 years
- For 5 to 18 post candidate age should be below 40 years
- For post 19 candidate age should be below 35 years
- As per rule the age relaxation is applicable.
Educational Qualification:
- For the post 19 candidates should pass Master in Social Work.
- Master in Business Administration (MBA) for post 18, 2-iv, vi, vii, 3, MBBS with Master degree in Public Health for post 1, Master degree in Public Health for post 2-i, ii, iii, PF Degree/ Diploma in Health Management for post 2-v, BE in IT/ Computer Science/ Electronics and Communication Engg for post 2-viii with relevant experience.
